To strengthen our team, we are looking for a highly motivated Digital Sales Manager based in Berlin.As a Digital Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is acquiring new customers through virtual sales meetings and guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle.
Own and manage the entire sales process from qualified opportunity to signed contract.
Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations via video meetings.
Work closely with our BDR and Marketing teams, who generate and qualify leads for you.
Manage opportunities in regions and markets not covered by our Field Sales organization.
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, franchise operators, and decision-makers remotely.
Identify customer challenges and position SIDES solutions to create measurable business outcomes.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive follow-ups and structured opportunity management.
Accurately manage all activities, opportunities, and forecasts within our CRM system.
Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
