SIDES is a successful SaaS company with ambitious growth plans and a rapidly growing base of enthusiastic customers. Our sales organization consists of Inside Sales, Digital Sales, and Field Sales teams, all working together to help restaurant businesses digitize and grow.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a highly motivated Digital Sales Manager based in Berlin.
 

As a Digital Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is acquiring new customers through virtual sales meetings and guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle.

  •  Own and manage the entire sales process from qualified opportunity to signed contract. 

  •  Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations via video meetings. 

  •  Work closely with our BDR and Marketing teams, who generate and qualify leads for you. 

  •  Manage opportunities in regions and markets not covered by our Field Sales organization. 

  •  Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, franchise operators, and decision-makers remotely. 

  •  Identify customer challenges and position SIDES solutions to create measurable business outcomes. 

  •  Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive follow-ups and structured opportunity management. 

  •  Accurately manage all activities, opportunities, and forecasts within our CRM system. 

  •  Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. 


Your profile

What You Bring To The Team  

  •  You have experience in SaaS sales, inside sales, digital sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing commercial role. 

  •  Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, delivery, or technology industry is a strong advantage. 

  •  You are comfortable running professional sales conversations and product demonstrations via video conferencing. 

  •  You enjoy building relationships remotely and know how to create trust without being physically present. 

  •  You are highly organized and capable of managing a large number of opportunities simultaneously. 

  •  CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting are familiar and important tools for your daily work. 

  •  You are ambitious, performance-driven, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. 

  •  You possess excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  •  You are fluent in German and have good English skills. 

  •  You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate and enjoy working closely with colleagues in our Berlin office.
