Your mission
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Enterprise Customer Onboarding Project Manager (m/f/x) to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the successful onboarding of enterprise customers and help ensure the smooth integration of our POS and eCommerce software solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise software implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement within a dynamic tech environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Support:
Assist in managing the onboarding process for enterprise customers under the guidance of senior project managers.
Support project planning, tracking timelines, and monitoring deliverables.
Help ensure projects stay on track in terms of scope and deadlines.
Customer Communication:
Act as a secondary point of contact for enterprise clients during onboarding.
Participate in customer meetings, document requirements, and follow up on action items.
Support in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams including product, development, sales, IT, and support.
Track tasks and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Technical Integration Support:
Assist in coordinating the technical integration of our POS and eCommerce software with customers' systems.
Work closely with technical teams to understand infrastructure requirements, hardware setup, and network configurations.
Training & Documentation:
Support the creation of training materials and documentation.
Assist in organizing and delivering customer training sessions.
Maintain project documentation such as timelines, status reports, and meeting notes.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:
Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them appropriately.
Contribute ideas to improve onboarding processes and customer experience.
Feature Feedback:
Help collect customer feedback and support the product team by documenting feature requests and improvement suggestions.
